Why Do We Need Free Tickets?

Great question! While admission is absolutely FREE, grabbing a ticket helps us out behind the scenes. When we know how many people to expect, we can make sure our food trucks are stocked and ready to serve you without running out of your favourite dishes. We can plan for enough tables, chairs, covered seating, and infrastructure so everyone has an amazing experience. Plus, ticket holders get festival updates, vendor announcements, and first dibs on any special promotions or contests.

Getting There

BY TRANSIT (Recommended!): UBC is super accessible via public transit:

• 99 B-Line (Broadway) – Fast and frequent!
• R4 Rapid Bus (41st Ave) – Speedy service
• Routes 4, 14, 44, 84 – Multiple options to campus
• Nearest Stop: UBC Exchange (1-minute walk to Commons)

BY CAR: Parking is available in multiple UBC parkades and surface lots. We recommend arriving early as UBC can get busy! Check UBC Parking for rates and real-time availability. The Commons is centrally located near the Nest, so most campus parking is within walking distance.

BY BIKE: Plenty of bike racks available near UBC Commons!
