Chilliwack’s most anticipated summer celebration is returning to Vedder River Park for three days of championship BBQ, live entertainment, and community connection. Here’s your complete guide to Chilliwack Ribfest 2025.

- Friday, July 25: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday, July 26: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Admission: By donation online or at the gate (tickets available online here). Pay what you can to support the event! Partial proceeds will be donated to Chilliwack Rotary Club and the rest goes back into making the event a success for all who attend this year and in future years.

Five award-winning ribbers from across North America will compete for the title of Chilliwack’s favorite BBQ:
Gator BBQ
Multiple “Best Ribs in America” champion known for authentic Southern-style smoking techniques and signature dry rubs.
GuerillaQ
Award-winning pit masters specializing in bold flavors and perfectly tender ribs with a loyal following across Canada.
Henry’s Outdoor BBQ
Family-owned operation bringing generations of BBQ tradition with charcoal-roasted perfection and house-made sauces.
Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ
Championship competitors famous for their secret spice blends and slow-smoking expertise from the Canadian prairies.
Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse
Texas-style BBQ specialists using locally-sourced meats and authentic smoking methods for that perfect tender interior.
Festival-goers can sample ribs from all five competitors, or make a choice and vote for their favourite. Each ribber also offers additional BBQ specialties including brisket, pulled pork, and smoked chicken.
