CALLING CHILLIWACK BUSINESSES: BE PART OF TWO COMMUNITY CELEBRATIONS IN 2025!

We’re excited to bring not one but TWO signature events to Chilliwack in 2025, creating incredible opportunities for local businesses to connect with thousands of community members while supporting events that make our city vibrant!

CHILLIWACK PARTY IN THE PARK

April 26-27, 2025 | Central Community Park

Join us as we transform Central Community Park into a vibrant festival of food, music, and community spirit that Chilliwack has come to know and love. This spring celebration kicks off the season with delicious food trucks, local entertainment, and activities for the whole family.

CHILLIWACK RIBFEST

July 25-27, 2025 | Vedder River Park

Our 3rd Annual Ribfest returns with a special “Hometown Chilliwack” focus! Five championship ribbers (including 2025 Food Truck Wars Winner GuerillaQ), craft beer, community marketplace, and live entertainment will once again make this summer’s most anticipated local event weekend.

WHY YOUR BUSINESS SHOULD GET INVOLVED

Our commitment has always been to keep these events accessible to everyone – either free or by donation to support local charities. To maintain this commitment while delivering exceptional experiences, we need the support of community-minded businesses like yours.

By partnering with us, you’ll:

  • Connect with thousands of engaged local attendees
  • Demonstrate your commitment to Chilliwack’s cultural vitality
  • Receive targeted visibility before, during, and after the events
  • Build goodwill through association with beloved community traditions
  • Support important charitable initiatives that strengthen our community

PARTNERSHIP THAT REACHES YOUR GOALS

The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival team doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all sponsorships. We work closely with each partner to create custom packages that align with your specific marketing objectives and budget.

Our team is experienced in helping businesses maximize their sponsorship investment through thoughtful activations, strategic placement, and meaningful engagement opportunities.

From naming rights and main stage branding to interactive booth experiences and digital promotions, we’ll collaborate to find the perfect way to showcase your business while supporting these community celebrations.

HELP CHILLIWACK’S EVENTS THRIVE

With your support, we can continue bringing these beloved events to Chilliwack while keeping them accessible to all. Your partnership allows us to expand programming, enhance the attendee experience, and increase the positive impact on our charity partners.

Together, we can create memorable experiences that bring our community together and make Chilliwack an even more vibrant place to live, work, and play.
