Vendor Fees
$100 event fee due with signed contract upon approval +

Food product vendors (BBQ, sandwich, etc) 18% gross sales
Sweets & dessert vendors (donuts, etc) 20% gross sales
Drink vendors (lemonade, etc) 22% gross sales

Selection priority will be given to those with a connection to the White Rock community

** A social media credit of up to $50 will also be available to vendors who post targeted ads on their social channels. Our marketing team can support anyone who needs assistance in utilizing this credit.
